November 27, 2017-

Fifteen members of the  Portsmouth Garden Club spent the morning making 13 wreath and numerous swags to compliment Portsmouth  town buildings for the Christmas holidays. Town Hall, the police, fire, housing authority, water and public works departments, the public library, senior center  and historical society and the town’s Legion park now all display seasonal holiday  decorations. Then the  library mantle was decorated by Marilyn and Mary. See picture below the wreaths.

All decoration were placed around town.
