January 8, 2025 Monthly meeting-
Member and Hostess V.P., Ileene Chernoff, presented a talk and demonstration on the Topic "Fun with Food". She created 4 adorable appetizers using vegetables, making each by demonstration. They were an Olive Cocktail Penguin, a Kiwi Turtle, Deviled Egg Tulips, and an Edible Mozzarella Snowman. All were part of the food offerings for the meeting which as accompanied by a Cranberry Juice, Lime juice , and Ginger Beer mock-cocktail. Additionally, she gave members take away baggies with the components to complete the examples at home using her printed instructions. Her banter as she worked along had everyone smiling at the end of the demonstration!!!
