Sep-Nov Ileene Chernoff again won as a finalist in the regional competition for a photograph she entered. She state, "The theme was Bloomin' Perseverance" - telling the story of my Iris' finding a way to bloom. I submitted it under the class 5 "Cultivate your Strengths - Share you Knowledge" - RI"- a nature photograph featuring an example(s) of resilience an/or adaption in nature. (Each theme was selected by a state GC) so it is nice to represent our state under their selected theme idea". In addition, she was accepted into the NEGC new Pilot Photography Judging Team Program, to which she applied a few months ago. She can now serve as judge. Congratulations Ileene. Will done!
